What is Subject?
In a sentence , the thing or a person spoken about which may be a word, a phrase or a clause is the subject. It usually occurs at the beginning of the sentence and obviously before the finite verb.

What is Predicate?
What is said about the subject is known as Predicate. It is the part of a sentence or clause containing a verb.
Eg. Persues /uplifted his sword.

The action or state of being the subject is completing
Exception :
- In some cases, subject disappears (hidden).
Eg. (You)Shut the door.
- In very rare cases the subject appears later in the sentence even after the verb.
Eg. Up rose the Gorgons.
What is Object?
Any noun or pronoun or concept that is part of the action of the subject is called object.
Eg. I read a book.
